We work with financial institutions and candidates throughout many parts of the country.  Please call or E-mail us to see if we might have existing candidates for a job search or clients looking to fill a position in your area.


Who pays the placement fee?

The placement fee is paid by the employer.


Do the recruiters there work on a contigency search basis or on retainer?

The majority of our searches are on a contigency basis but we can work on a retained basis for certain searches if they might be particularly unique, harder to fill or if the client feels the urgency of filling the position warrants the up front cost and our extra recruiting effort.
